The Friends of the Lazarus Home for Girls supports the care of girls in need in Bethany/Al-Azanah, in the West Bank of Palestine.
We are not only building and furbishing an orphanage, but also developing a heath care centre for the community to reach out to working women, to mothers, and to children, particularly younger children, with support for education, health and wellbeing.
We believe that, by working with the local Social Services, we strengthen the local community, which will improve the situation not only for girls in need, but for their families.
We are a Christian-based charity seeking to follow Christ in our service to the little ones who desperately need our help.
